- Current passport at least valid for 6 months from date of travel to Canada and old passports
- Original proof of funds showing history. Example: passbooks, bank statement showing transactions for the past 6 months
- Original business documents. Example: Mayor’s permit, DTI business name registration, ITR
- Original Proof assets. Example: land titles, receipts of real estate tax paid, insurance policy, vehicle registration
- Original Employment Certificate confirming, position, salary, duration of approved leave, tenure
- Original Certificate of Enrollment for students
- Original proof of retirement benefits received for retired applicant
- Children under 16 yrs old travelling without parents require a letter of permission to travel from parents and a letter of custodian in Canada as well travel clearance certificate from the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD). If under custody, proof of custody and consent from the other parent.
- Photocopy of valid return ticket or travel reservation
- Letter of Invitation with name and contact details of party in Canada. Statement of financial support in relation to the intended travel
- Proof of relationship (Birth Certificate, Marriage Contract) of applicant and most in Canada.
- Proof of citizenship or immigration status of party in Canada
- Proof of financial ability of party in Canada (if he or she will shoulder travel expenses)
- If business trip, invitation from the company in Canada.
- Name, address, phone number of contact person in Canada.
- Other documents will required upon application.
